We're seeking a highly organized and analytical creative Lead to join our team and work with us in building a leading US-based eyewear business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our content calendar, tracking marketing metrics, and overseeing our social media presence. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth on Shopify, managing our website, and coordinating email marketing campaigns. Understanding the e-commerce ecosystem, being able to work in a fast-paced business environment, and having high attention to design, taste, and creative is essential to being successful here. 

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Mexico City and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update our content calendar in Notion on a daily basis to ensure timely and consistent content publication.

  • Marketing Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze marketing metrics from Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify, and update company spreadsheets accordingly.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all Tejesta social media accounts, including timely posting, responding to comments, and creating consistent stories.

  • Shopify Revenue Growth: Analyze revenue trends, marketing trends, and inform management of developments to drive revenue growth on Shopify.

  • Website Management: Responsible for content updates and administrative management of the Tejesta.com website.

  • Asset Management: Organize assets from photoshoots, communicate with videographers and photographers, and ensure timely organization and delivery of projects.

  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social media platforms

  • Experience with email marketing and content management systems

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of Notion or similar project management tools

  • Graphic design skills are a huge plus
