About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Creative Head with expertise in both art and copy to lead our creative team in delivering integrated, innovative campaigns. You will oversee the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel projects, ensuring seamless visual and verbal storytelling while driving team collaboration and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee and approve visuals, layouts, and messaging for consistency and innovation.
- Mentor and manage designers, art directors, and copywriters to foster collaboration.
- Present creative strategies to clients and ensure brand alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovative, multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated art and copy campaigns.
- Proven leadership experience in creative teams. Prior experience of about 5-7 years.
- Expertise in design tools and copywriting across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strategic thinker with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
