What you’ll do 

  • Lead Creative Vision: Guide and inspire the creative team, setting the standard for innovative design solutions that transform global brands.
  • Shape Brand Worlds: Develop compelling brand narratives and visual identities that resonate with consumers and drive business growth.
  • Drive Strategic Design: Lead the development of competitive and forward-thinking design strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends.
  • Cultivate Creative Excellence: Foster a positive and empowering creative culture, mentoring and inspiring a team of talented designers.
  • Manage & Deliver: Oversee resourcing, project delivery, and financial targets, collaborating closely with client services and studio management.
  • Partner & Influence: Build strong relationships with clients and within the creative community, representing Landor as a center of creative excellence.

What you’ll need

  • Proven Leadership: A successful track record as a Creative Director in a brand or design agency, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic Brand Expertise: Experience developing and executing successful brand strategies for large-scale, global brands, ideally within consumer-facing industries.
  • Exceptional Design Thinking: A strong understanding of design principles, current trends, and emerging technologies, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work.
  • Compelling Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and inspire both teams and clients.
  • Business Acumen: Polished business acumen, comfortable interacting with C-suite stakeholders and driving business growth.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro. Experience with motion graphics and digital design is a plus.
