Braun Intertec is seeking a CPT Operator to join our Upper Midwest operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs field activities related to CPT services
  • Willing to learn CPT operation and interpretation
  • Become proficient in data acquisition and use of special instrumentation
  • Maintains necessary documentation pertaining to DOT regulations regarding operations of equipment
  • Responsible for maintaining CPT drill, semi-tractor and trailer.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies as they arise then formulate and implement a solution in a cost-effective manner
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time

Required Experience:

  • 1 year experience on a drill rig or CPT rig
  • Requires Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 40 hour Hazmat Training or ability to attain within six months of hire
