Coupa Centre of Excellence Specialist

Pay Range: €35000 - €43750

The role:

As a Coupa Centre of Excellence Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:

• Manage sourcing events, improve Coupa Sourcing adoption, standardise templates, and track contract renewals and spend in collaboration with category teams.
• Drive supplier onboarding to Coupa, support e-invoicing, maintain catalogues and content quality, and reduce manual processes through automation.
• Support users with Coupa-related issues, deliver training and onboarding materials, and coordinate between procurement teams and system support.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs in tools like Power BI, track performance and savings, and propose process improvements based on data insights.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• University degree or equivalent with experience in Coupa or similar procurement tools, and strong knowledge of operational procurement, supplier onboarding, and catalogue management.
• Background in sourcing events, eRFx tools, and e-invoicing, with exposure to process automation, RPA, or dashboard reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively with attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, user-focused mindset and ability to engage stakeholders and suppliers effectively.
