We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across the Americas region, driving brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of the Institutional channel in North America and good knowledge of the Wholesale channel in US Offshore and Latin America .
Position & Requirements
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy aligned with Robeco’s business priorities in the Americas.
• Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and key initiatives to enhance brand recognition and grow familiarity with our investment strategies across the region.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including broader Marketing, Sales, Investments, and PR teams, to drive and execute a cohesive marketing approach.
• Plan and manage an effective event program, including conferences, sponsorships, roadshows, in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage production, approval and maintenance of thought leadership content and marketing collaterals.
• Work in close collaboration with the PR team and external agencies to ensure alignment and consistency of all external communication.
• Collaborate with the Social Media manager to tailor content to the regional needs and develop a social ambassador program.
• Oversee and manage the regional budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to drive ROI.
• Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of regional regulatory requirements and work closely with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to marketing standards.
Required experience and skillset :
• 8+ years of experience in channel marketing in the Americas region, with a proven ability to execute across the full marketing mix.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and align cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Experience working independently while managing regional responsibilities withing a global team structure.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance framework.
