Position Overview
The Senior Director of Operations acts as the Country Manager for a specific geographic region within CAI, overseeing business performance, client satisfaction, team development, and the promotion of a strong safety and compliance culture.
Reports to: Vice President
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute regional strategies to drive revenue and profitability
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
3. Lead, manage, and develop regional teams to ensure high performance
4. Promote operational excellence with a strong focus on safety and compliance
5. Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking
6. Align regional initiatives with CAI’s corporate strategy
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
2. 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in life sciences or related industries
3. Proven experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams
4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
5. Solid knowledge of regulatory and quality standards
6: Language: Japanese and English (business level)

Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary will be determined in accordance with the Company's regulations after due consideration of experience, ability, and other factors.

ポジション概要
オペレーション担当シニアディレクター（Senior Director of Operations）は、CAIの特定の地域（この場合は日本）においてカントリーマネージャーとしての役割を担います。
その主な責任は、地域の業績管理、クライアント満足度の向上、チームの育成、そして安全とコンプライアンス文化の促進です。

予算管理、リソース計画、パフォーマンスの追跡と分析
地域の活動とCAI全体の企業戦略の整合を図る
応募資格（Qualifications）
ビジネス、エンジニアリング、ライフサイエンス、または関連分野での学士号または修士号
ライフサイエンスまたは関連業界における10年以上のマネジメント経験
P&L管理とクロスファンクショナルチームのリード経験
優れたリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
規制要件および品質基準に関する十分な知識
言語要件：日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルの対応能力
