You will energetically lead the sales division to deliver on annual objectives and drive the total Danish business as part of a Nordic setup in a global value-driven company. You are an enabler that coaches and guides sales leaders and employees to build capability while removing roadblocks and creating a strong culture that embrace the 70 employees of the Danish entity. You work in partnership with key stakeholders and customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz in Denmark and for the customers.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Plan and lead sales activities to achieve the agreed directions and objectives: volume, revenue, market share performance and other relevant KPIs in line with core category strategies and priorities.
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level with the customers.
- Identify, develop, and lead the implementation of business strategy at customers in the Danish market.
- Follow up on results and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Continue to build the Mondelēz International community, culture, values, and reputation across the Danish market.
- Act as a business owner and future proofing the organization to become even stronger and growth oriented.
- Develop and sponsor top talent in the organization.
- Be the unifying focal point for employees across the total Danish business.
- Ensure communication is a pivotal point in operation and that it encourage the togetherness of the teams to facilitate that the business is winning together.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career in combination with the following experience and knowledge:
- Appropriate seniority/experience in leadership within sales and marketing in FMCG/CPG companies
- Proven experience and understanding of category development, key accounts, marketing, and financials.
- Previous results from customer-facing roles.
- Future focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and ability to translate opportunities into business strategies.
- Ability and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets.
- Understanding multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure, and business practices.
- Ability to be the gathering enabler for a diverse group of individuals and embrace various needs and opinions.
- Strong delivery of messages based on throughout decision taking with a proactive view on using inclusive communication constructively.
- Equally strong professional language skills in both Danish and English.
