Job Description
TVC Reporting and Governance:
-
Validate and report Manufacturing TVC savings (Yield, Make vs Buy, Packing, and Development savings).

Drive governance to ensure savings align with the budget and work closely with key stakeholders to mitigate risks.
CoPE Reporting and Analytics:
-
Review probable hits every month and collaborate with SCM & MFG teams to mitigate risks.

Ensure provisions are calculated as per policy and align with Financials.

Report monthly CoPE and provide reasons for variances vs LE.
-
Prepare notes to account on provision movement between quarters.

Perform analytics on Inventory Provision policy validation and present to auditors and leadership team.
Budget:
-
Ensure Material cost and CoPE budget activities are completed on time.
Process Note Documentation:
-
Ensure process notes are updated in a timely manner.
Analytics:
-
Perform analytics to identify potential savings areas and work with cross-functional teams to realize the savings.
RMC Projections:
-
Provide current and future RMC projections based on inputs from Business teams.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
CMA
Minimum Work Experience
2 to 6 years in mid to large level organization.
Skills & Attributes Technical Skills
- Proficient in using SAP, Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PPT for various business reviews
- Inter-personal Skills, People Management, Ability to draw insights
Behavioral Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise expression of ideas.

Beyond traditional responsibilities like cost monitoring and accounting supervision, it acts as a strategic partner to all departments. The Finance function is undergoing digital transformation, leveraging technology to enhance its effectiveness. It comprises business partnering teams aligned with different business units, as well as multiple Centers of Excellence at the Corporate office, covering areas such as treasury, risk & assurance, taxation, corporate analytics, investor relations, GFRT (Global Finance & Reporting Transformation), and GBS (Global Business Services).
