FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Performs all cost accounting functions for specific manufacturing sites as directed by the Director of Cost Accounting.

• Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of inventory standards, revaluation reporting, and adjustments.

• Coordinates and ensures that all significant production variances are properly analyzed and accounted for.

• Prepares monthly closing entries and schedules supporting the monthly operating and inventory statements.

• Addresses inventory discrepancies or variances and advises plant management.

• Coordinates quarterly slow moving and discrepant inventory analysis with sites.

• Reviews gross profits for trends and/or costing problems.

• Leads weekly reviews of key metrics with sites

• Liaises with AP to ensure accuracy of raw materials/subcontract portion of Accounts Payable and related Inventory transactions.

• Analyzes cycle count adjustments and highlights concerns

• Provides reports, schedules and other documents as required for external auditor’s year-end inventory observation and other audit procedures.

• Supports forecasting and budgeting processes

• Learns the Oracle ERP system to be identified as the subject matter expert for Cost Accounting

• Ensures timely completion of responsibilities

• Prepares documentation of task procedures and update as necessary.

• Supports SOX compliance and ensure compliance with established internal controls.

• Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Accounting or Finance

• Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role with a preference for experience within and ERP manufacturing environment.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Oracle 12R.
• Advanced Excel.
