Job Description
- Annual business plan
- Analysis of actual material, labor and overhead cost against standard cost / budgets
- Execution and analysis of plant’s month end reporting
- Target cost tracking
- Detailed budget analysis with objective to eliminate wasteful spending
- Tracking of key performance indicators
- Analysis and control of the Investment Program (CAPEX)
- Product Cost Controlling leader
- Calculation of standard costRevision and approve Scrap & Cycle Count Adjustments
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Experience in plant controlling activities and product cost calculation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills - this includes both oral communication as well as the development of professional-looking briefs and reports
- Ability to turn data into information and to differentiate the important from the insignificant. Good understanding of the analytical process and cost analysis
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Good knowledge of English
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on relevant and/or similar experience in a manufacturing company
- Accounting standards, Internal Controls requirements and some basic knowledge of maquila rules
