Are you a stickler for great first impressions?


We are looking for an energetic and proactive Corporate Service Coordinator for our Toronto branch to make sure our visitors love Long View as much as our employees do! This is a 6 months contract to hire position that starts with part time hours (3 days/week in the office).

A Day in the Life:

  • Create a great first impression of Long View by greeting our visitors and managing the Long View lobby.
  • Maintain a sense of warmth, friendliness, approachability, and helpfulness to all Long View employees and visitors.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
  • Processes incoming/outgoing mail and in-town courier packages, as well as the ordering and inventory management of Long View swag.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules, inhouse events and assist with administrative and office services projects, including: word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, document formatting, printing and binding of documents.
  • Provide executive support to branch VP

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an office coordinator or corporate services position
  • Experience in a position requiring a high-level of customer service, critical thinking, organization and planning
  • A proactive approach and the ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong attention to detail
