The main purpose of this position is ensuring that all Safety Department rules and policies are being documented, enforced and resolved.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Provide customer service to drivers calling in and in person with questions regarding federal regulation compliance.
- Ability to communicate any problems to our driver associates and provide feedback and resolution.
- Perform critical event management.
- Document various incidents and motorist complaints, as well as any necessary coaching and counseling.
- Assist in managing the Career Track program.
- Assist in managing annual reviews, CDLs, and MVRs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel in assisting with additional Corporate Safety Specialist job functions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
