Your Role at Pura:

We are looking to add a talented, energetic Recruiter at Pura to create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employees. This person will be a vital player and experience tremendous growth as the company continues to scale. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining the way people experience scent.

What You’ll Own:

  • Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing tactics (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define job requirements, align on hiring goals, and ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring and onboarding processes
  • Owning and managing Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR used internally)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices to ensure ethical and compliant hiring processes

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring for technical and non-technical roles (corporate or agency)
  • Experience in a leadership or senior recruiter position, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AngelList, or niche job boards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment
