Role Purpose
Acts as trusted and valued added HR business partner to Corporate Functions covering Communications, Fin, Technology & Digital Services and Supply -Chain departments
Core responsibilities
1) Develop deep understanding and insight of the responsible organanization and people populations to assess the organization development and people needs and partner with department leaders to develop the P&O strategies and to implement prioritized action plan
2) Responsible for the annual budget planning and management via the proactive partnership and engagement with department leaders in line with business and organization development priorities
3) Provides advice, consultation, coaching and guidance to department / business leaders on all aspects of HR services including policies, practices and processes to managers and employees within assigned market.
4) Partner with People and Organization community to deliver the requirements and needs of the departments, including talent profiling and acquistions, people development, performance management, and employee engagement, etc in line with organization and capability development needs
5) Supporting People and Organization Lead to consolidate overall peopole investment plan
Desirable experience
• University degree in HR related field OR comparable education/work experience
• Generally significant level of experience in Human Resources / Prior Experiences as HRBP
