Role:
- Monthly, quarterly, and year-end bookkeeping tasks for 2 group entities
- Intercompany reporting package preparation with Intercompany balances confirmations with group counterparts
- Prepare and/or review monthly and yearly cash flows forecasts
- Periodical review of employees Concur expense reporting
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation supporting analysis and financial statements
- Resolve errors/omissions and discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete assigned recurring tasks timely and communicate delays and challenges as they arise
- Resolve problems with minimal guidance and supervision from management.
- Assist with special and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Profile:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting
- Accounting degree (French DCG (bac+3), and/or DSCG (bac+5),) with 2-3 years’ experience within an accounting role preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS
- Familiarity working with international teams and across cultures
- Eligible for VIE visas for United States
Required Skills:
- Must have spreadsheet and PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with advanced working knowledge of Excel and some accounting software (for ex. Sage, Cegid, Netsuite, Quickbooks…)
- Must have a general knowledge of accounting systems, operational processes and financial reporting requirements
- Must be able to analyze and reconcile general ledger account balances against supporting documentation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to remain highly organized in a deadline driven environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others
- Ability to comply with and understand Firm operations, policies and procedures
- French DCG (bac+3), DSCG (bac+5) certifications or demonstrated progress towards obtaining such certifications a plus
- Working knowledge of applications such as Concur Expense, Kyriba, and Yooz a plus
- Must be fluent in English written and oral. Spanish speaking is a plus.
