About The Role: 

In this pivotal global role, you will develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance our brand image both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include managing media relations, collaborating with senior leadership for public engagements, and implementing crisis communication strategies to protect the company’s reputation. You will also create and implement an internal communication strategy aligned with our employer branding, ensuring effective and engaging messaging across diverse employee audiences around the world.

Additionally, you will work with a team to define and refine our organizational culture by integrating core values that resonate with employees at all levels. This involves analyzing employee feedback and engagement metrics to promote a healthy work environment. You will articulate the organization’s vision and mission, aligning cultural initiatives with business objectives while collaborating with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging. By developing a robust employer branding strategy and overseeing corporate sponsorships, you will increase brand visibility and attract top talent. As a leader, you will mentor a a team of communication and employee experience and engagement professionals.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Create and oversee corporate communication strategies that bolster the company’s external and internal brand image on a global scale.

  • Manage media relations, handle inquiries, and coordinate interviews to strengthen our media presence.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support in preparation of speeches, presentations, and other communication materials for public engagements.

  • Monitor and analyze trends in the media and corporate communications landscape to identify opportunities for proactive messaging.

  • Manage crisis communication strategies and respond to issues that may affect the company’s image and operations.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and the community.

  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach across all platforms.

  • Develop and implement a robust employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.

  • Create and oversee corporate communication strategies that bolster the company’s external and internal brand image.

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of corporate sponsorships that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.

  • Mentor and lead a team of branding, sponsorship, and communication professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Clearly articulate the organization’s vision and mission and how they inform the desired culture. Work to ensure that all cultural initiatives and programs reinforce these foundational elements, promoting a cohesive understanding of what the organization seeks to achieve.

  • Develop and implement a strategy that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the organization’s culture and values. 

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing communication strategies on a global scale.

  • Experience in media relations and crisis communication management.

  • Experience in developing employer brand and positioning it on the market

  • Experience in building internal communications strategy and execution of it in international and diverse environments

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing teams.

  • Proficient in utilizing communication tools and platforms for internal and external messaging.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders on different levels.

  • Monthly salary of EUR 3800 - 5000 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
