About the Role:
Arrow Corporate Audit's mission is to deliver responsive, risk-based audit and advisory services with objectivity, fairness, and transparency. This Senior ESG Auditor role is integral to fulfilling that mission as we establish an in-house team.
You will drive high-impact ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with emerging EU regulations, Arrow's global objectives, and stakeholder expectations. This is a rare opportunity to start from scratch, working cross-functionally with teams including Legal, Corporate, and Technical departments.
What You'll Be Doing:• Establishing ESG Processes: Assist with efforts to design and implement ESG processes and frameworks from the ground up.• Advisory and Training: Collaborate across departments to build awareness, train stakeholders on audit processes, and define ESG workflows.• Global Reporting: Review for accuracy the report out of ESG initiatives and goals for various branches, including quarterly and annual reports.• Regulatory Alignment: Stay ahead of ESG regulations and ensure compliance across Arrow's Global operations.• Audit and Analytics: Conduct internal audits, leveraging data analytics tools to provide meaningful insights.• Strategic Involvement: Participate in company-wide initiatives.
What We're Looking For:• Experience: 3-6 years in external or internal audit.• ESG Knowledge: Prior ESG experience is a plus but not mandatory.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Oracle, AX, or similar systems.• Language: Business fluency in English.
