The Core Accounts Global Test Automation Engineering & Adoption Lead will be responsible for manage multiple talented test engineering teams across various regions, applications and business lines collaborating with development, business analysts, product and operations teams, delivering high quality releases using best in class test automation engineering practices and tools.
Lead the automation testing strategy and execution for Core banking applications, specifically focusing on Flexcube modules, legacy applications such as Cosmos and Bcosmos ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Responsibilities:

Supports testing specialists who are responsible for functional, automation and regression testing and all Initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production.

Manages an IT Quality functional area.

Deals with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.

Ensures the IT organization is defining and implementing its IT Quality control plans to meet business strategy and goals.

Drives innovative quality strategies that support technological change.

Analyzes trends at an organizational level to improve processes; follows and analyzes industry trends.

Develops and implements methods for cost, effort and milestones of IT Quality activities.

Exhibits in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.

Requires in-depth understanding of how IT Quality integrates within overall technology and has commercial awareness.

Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions on pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.

Uses evaluative judgment in complicated or novel situations; uses multiple sources of information. Impacts IT Quality through planning, finances/budget, end results and setting policies.

Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:

Testing Automation Experience, and proven track record of Technology Transformation Engineering is mandatory.

Should have experience in multi-regional global roles as Testing Automation Engineer.

Having Flexcube, NAM, LATAM experience is mandatory given the landscape of portfolio the role need to operate on.

15+ years experience in an IT Quality role with commensurate experience in people management Substantial experience in a senior technology leadership role Developed communication skills to negotiate with others at a senior level; may communicate with external parties.

Deep technical expertise and business knowledge and be known within the industry Deep knowledge of industry rules and regulations and an understanding of what best practice means in running large scale technology environments. A senior change leader, who recruits, develops, retains, manages, and inspires exceptional talents, building solid relationships

Proven client focus, able to operate as a partner to senior business stakeholders Operate with high energy and a desire to contribute in building a world-class organization that is coordinated and seamless in spite of geographic and cultural constraint.
