We're searching for a Copywriter to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Performance Creative, as an individual contributor you will create performance-driven work that support print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

  • You will have a hand in shaping and delivering inspiring work, including planning, presenting, and implementing,
  • You will produce strategic concepts and work with an art direction partner.
  • You understand the balance between thoughtful and groundbreaking creative that connects with an audience across all channels.
  • You will come up with ideas to work with existing assets to reimagine, scale, and repurpose across channels.
  • You will engage and receive feedback from team members.
  • You will present and sell creative work to team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum experience copywriting in advertising
  • Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
  • Experience ideating, implementing across Performance Creative mediums, such as email, display, OLV, paid social, and landing pages
  • Must have experience with B2B.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, and

other factors permitted by law.
