WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter & Content Localization Specialist to join our Content Marketing team in Sao Paulo, Brasil. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive content and adapting materials for the Brasil market, ensuring that the messaging is culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and aligned with our brand identity across social and paid media.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

Content Creation:

• Develop creative and strategic copy for advertising campaigns, social media, emails, blogs, product pages, and other marketing materials.
• Craft compelling narratives that convey the brand's values and objectives to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate closely with marketing team to ensure content supports campaigns and business goals.

Content Localization:

• Adapt marketing texts and materials to Portuguese, ensuring cultural relevance and local context.
• Work with translators, editors, and local experts to ensure the quality and consistency of localized content.
• Identify and address translation and localization challenges that may affect the brand's message.

Strategy and Optimization:

• Apply SEO and technical copywriting best practices to improve the performance of digital content.
• Ensure the brand’s tone of voice, style, and identity remain consistent across all channels

Management and Collaboration:

• Review and edit texts produced in our other markets to keep alignment with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to create integrated content.
• Manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high delivery standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• 5-7 of experience as a Copywriter or related role, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and results.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus. (Please submit your resume in English to be considered)
• Experience in localizing content for international markets.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Knowledge of marketing and localization tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Smartling, or similar.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in technology, SaaS, or startups.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible messages.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com or similar.
