DigiSay is a leading MPN (Multi-Platform Network) in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. DigiSay’s objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region using technology and targeting the global market and making sure it’s a great place to work for.

We are looking for a copyright specialist to manage and protect our intellectual property rights across various digital platforms, including YouTube MCN (Multi-Channel Network) and Facebook Rights Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing copyright claims, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with copyright laws and platform policies.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve claims, including matching content, and filing disputes through YouTube's Content ID system, and Facebook rights manager.
• Work on solving all types of copyright issues like conflicts with third parties and Channel strikes
• Work closely with partner channels to ensure compliance with copyright policies and optimize the use of the YouTube MCN system.
•  Identify and address unauthorized use or infringement of client content on all social platforms. Take appropriate actions to enforce copyright and protect clients’ intellectual property.
• Analyze and provide detailed reports on the channel’s content copyright issues and provide detailed insights and recommendations.
• Provide detailed reports on content protection efforts, including incidents of infringement and resolution status.

Requirements

•  This is a full time position with rotation shifts.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with social media.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Committed to the working hours and assigned tasks.
• Good/very good writing skills in English.
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Works effectively with colleagues and external partners to achieve common goals.
•  Able to adapt to changes and quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Understanding of digital content distribution and VOD platforms
