Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Copyright Support Specialist to join our team. In response to the growing demand for ownership conflict resolution and rights management services, this role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our processes. You will play a key role in reviewing, analysing and interpretting the client-submitted legal documents ensuring compliance with current standards, and addressing ownership conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Assessment: Review and evaluate documents submitted by clients to ensure they meet compliance standards and address current ownership issues.
- Conflict Resolution: Analyze and resolve ownership conflicts related to our assets by collaborating with internal teams and clients.
- Rights Management: Utilize the Backstage Rights Manager to manage and track document submissions and resolutions.
- Data Management: Implement and maintain trackers using Excel to monitor case progress and outcomes.
- Case Handling: Efficiently manage a large volume of cases, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and resolution.
- Communication: Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify document requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in rights management.

- Legal Acumen: Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand contracts and legal documents.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and familiarity with rights management software.
- Multitasking Ability: Proven experience managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure document accuracy.
