About the Role

Riskified seeks a copywriter to join its global marketing team to work on B2B marketing campaigns and communications programs that motivate, influence, and inspire audiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and an eye for detail. You will collaborate with the marketing leaders and subject matter experts from across our product teams to deliver outstanding, high-quality content for use in various marketing channels and activations — from short social media and blog posts to video scripts and webinar talk tracks.

What You'll Be Doing
As a copywriter at Riskified, you will:

  • Write clear, persuasive, articulate and original copy.
  • Translate service and product information and creative propositions into innovative concepts, impressive event communications, compelling sales materials, and engaging digital campaign components.
  • Write compelling copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web, email, social and events. 
  • Edit and proofread copy, articles, and thought leadership written by external partners and colleagues.
  • Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility.
  • Shape language and tone used in marketing communications.
  • Interview clients, industry experts, and internal teams.
  • Maintain brand and tone of voice consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience (1+ years) as a copywriter, B2B content marketer, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational project management skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stakeholders, and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Creative mindset, curious, continuously exploring better ways to engage customers through high-value content
  • A people person and team player
  • Superb verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets


The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. If you feel this range is not attractive, we encourage you to let us know through the application process. 

Base salary is just one part of the pay package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
