Job Description
At CPP Investments, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join the Strategy & Operations team within the Technology & Operations (T&O) department. In this role, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Managing Director and the broader team. You will be responsible for managing calendars and meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting team initiatives as required. Reporting to Director, Strategy & Operations, the key responsibilities of Coordinator, Strategy & Operating Office will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Directors and the wider team.
- Proactively manage executive calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, room bookings and coordinating calls.
- Support the preparation and compilation of meeting materials and monthly dashboards by coordinating inputs from various contributors
- Assist with the end-to-end process of contract management and vendor onboarding
- Assist with meeting logistics, including the preparation and distribution of agendas and pre-reads, minute-taking, and prioritization and follow-up of meeting action items.
- Gather and synthesize operational data to support reporting and drive continuous improvements
- Maintain and manage team’s SharePoint site; ensure documentation of processes and guidelines is current and accessible
- Assists in the creation of high quality on-brand communications, reports, and presentations
- Support ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and special initiatives as required
Qualifications
If you possess the following, we’d like to hear from you:
- Postsecondary education in business, technology or related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a similar role providing administrative and analytical support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Highly motivated to take initiative and learn new skills
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
