Job Description

The Coordinator, Social Media, reporting directly into the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing will be responsible for executing and managing social media strategies that align with the brand’s image and business objectives. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and growth across digital platforms while ensuring all content reflects the premium nature of our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor, engage with, and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to align social media efforts with overarching brand and business goals.
  • Capture and post live content from events, club openings, and key moments to showcase the brand’s lifestyle and exclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury, wellness, or fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including content formats, analytics, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and grammatically flawless content.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to align visuals with a luxury brand identity.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with an understanding of the luxury market.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Pay Transparency: Min $65K - Max $75K
