Job Description
We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Coordinator of the Project Expense Management department.
Hybrid role in Tallin, Estonia
Scope of responsibilities
- Verification and processing of country expense reports submitted by PSI entities
- Ensuring reports comply with PSI’s and clients’ requirements
- Production of accrual reports for study passthrough costs
- Providing cumulative passthrough reports and advance reconciliations to Project Teams at the agreed periodicity or upon request
- Performing final reconciliation of project passthrough costs due to the project closure or termination
- Completion of miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications
- College or University degree
- Prior clerical or document management experience
- Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) B2 level in English
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, including MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and perform multi-task activities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in team
