Job Summary

Coordinate the go-to-market journey of Lee’s global collaboration marketing campaigns, including asset creation from sell-in to launch, working with Lee’s global creative director, collabs and design teams, and briefing internal cross-functional teams as well as external agencies. This role will act as the first point of contact for internal teams on asset needs and align with the larger team on deadlines. They also will manage photo shoots as needed with the creative director, oversee budget and support launch events as needed. They will participate in post-mortem meetings and analyze campaign performance and process for continuous improvement. Additionally, the coordinator will support larger PR and Collaborations team with seasonal PR needs including seeding, celebrity/VIP outreach, events, gifting and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Support: For inbound collaborations, support and align with global brand creative director and team leaders on the creative concept and manage asset creation process including production and delivery of assets. Own the marketing brief for NAM-based collaborations with the potential to grow to own brief for all global collaborations in future. For outbound collaborations, facilitate creative alignment between Lee creative director and partner’s creative director to ensure alignment with brand identity and Lee’s needs.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with internal, external, and global cross-functional teams on asset needs that support go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Act as first contact on copy and content creation reviews in partnership with global brand creative director.
  • Tool Kit Development: Create comprehensive tool kit for each collaboration, including detailed shot lists for photo shoots, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
  • Trend/Culture Awareness: Stay knowledgeable about current and relevant fashion trends and cultural moments that could influence collaboration strategies. Integrate insights into shoots and pitches.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, invoicing, booking, and scheduling to optimize resource allocation for marketing initiatives. Help PR coordinator with seeding orders for celebrities and influencers.
  • Event Coordination: Support collaboration launch events and brand events, ensuring all creative elements align with brand standards and positively impact the brand’s reputation. Travel as needed.
  • PR & Influencer Outreach: Support overall PR efforts, acting as resource for collaboration pitch strategy, and supporting team with additional product and brand campaigns, influencer and celebrity strategies, and seasonal media previews.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for ongoing improvements and alignment with overall marketing goals.

  • Creative Experience- Strong creative skills balanced with production – ability to support and deliver from concept to execution while maintaining brand consistency and budget.
  • Project Management – Coordinating teams and resources to ensure all aspects of creative campaigns are executed to brand standard/creative direction and delivered on time.
  • Innovative Mindset – Willingness to stay innovative, encouraging creativity and calculated risk taking while staying attuned to industry trends and brand goals.
  • Collaborative Communication & Team Leadership – Strong relationships with cross functional teams to align diverse perspectives and expertise toward common goal. Willing and able to lead meetings, own timelines, delegate tasks.
  • Flexible and Adaptable – Not flustered by change and able to prioritize multiple, fast-paced workstreams at once.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience – minimum 3-5 years - in creative / brand marketing with hands-on photo shoot experience.
  • Detail oriented, accurate and takes initiative; meets deadlines.
  • Excellent budget management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of and passion for fashion and adept at citing trends. Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience.
