The primary purpose of this position is to operate and assist in all maintenance related issues for the corporate headquarters, surrounding grounds and parking lots. Ensure the maintenance of the mechanical, structural and other building components are maintained according to corporate standards. Issue appropriate orders and instructions to contractors providing maintenance services and perform daily inspections to ensure maintenance and security of a class A corporate facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Incumbent is responsible to ensure that the corporate buildings are ready for daily occupancy.
  • Read and follow blueprints to assist directly with remodels (furniture and cubes) within company facilities; Assemble and dismantle office furniture and cubicles as needed.
  • Maintain on / off site storage facility, as well as accurate inventory of the premium cage located in storage warehouses.
  • Includes plumbing, electric, heating and air conditioning systems; security system, fire suppression system, indoor and outdoor irrigation system; elevator and generator systems, as well as the uninterrupted power system (UPS).
  • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors; Coordinate and assist with routine system inspections.
  • Help setup and tear down for events throughout the calendar.
  • Assist in the mailroom as needed. (Warehouse)

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years' experience.
  • Business or Vocational/Technical School
  • Basic Computer skills
