The Coordinator, International Media holds several major roles in International Media Group.
First, he/she provides administrative support to the SVP and wider team. This includes managing calendar & meetings for the SVP, managing expenses and travel for SVP and VPs, coordinating meeting, both in person and video, coordinating agency meetings and summits, updating distribution lists.
Second, he/she assists the Director of Budget Management in the marketing budget process for all releasing titles. This includes pulling data from our InterPlan Database for weekly reports, tracking release date changes, assisting in fiscal year reporting, actualizing released titles, and local title budget management.
Third, he/she will work with the wider Media team on managing local market media plans. This includes approving adpub budgets in InterPlan, tracking and chasing media plans from local markets, updating team on missing plans, and saving all title related documents on our server.
Fourth, he/she will assist the Sr. Coordinator on the Billing process, which includes opening POs, tracking invoices from our media agency, and updating our Pan Regional budget tracker.

Budgeting Process Support (30%)
- Pulling Data from InterPlan for Weekly Reports
- Tracking release date changes

- Local Production Budget management
Title Support (20%)
- Approving AdPub budgets for local markets in InterPlan
- Tracking + Chasing Plans from local markets
- Saving plans, corresponding documents, adpub budgets, approvals

- Media Briefs
Billing Support (15%)
- Opening POs
- Tracking Invoices from OMD
- Updating Fiscal Year Budget Tracker
Learning & Development (5%)
- Attending internal Learning & Development courses to extend knowledge of how to use Sony tools and opportunities to enhance knowledge
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1+ Administrative Support in Corporate Setting
- 1+ Exposure to entertainment marketing a real advantage.
Education, Years of Experience, Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
Knowledge of:
- Experience in travel outside of North America helpful, and in interacting/working with other cultures. Foreign language skills a real asset but not required.
- Project Oversight – Strong attention to detail, willingness to wear multiple hats, building and tracking a work plan in a fast-based environment
- Work collaboratively and horizontally across multiple teams with fragmented, vertical (title-by-title) priorities
Skilled In:
- Excellent written communication, oral communication, presentation, and team building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong understanding of Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Self-starter with high level of initiative
- Passionate, committed with a high level of energy
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Must have an open communication style which takes into account managing expectations with multiple stakeholders.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $65,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
