The Role
The US Influencer Coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding our influencer network, overseeing influencer recruitment strategy, and ensuring that company OKRs are met. This position requires a strong leadership presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the influencer and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network of influencers and celebrities across the U.S., with the ability to drive growth, optimize processes, and communicate progress effectively to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute US influencer acquisition strategies aligned with company OKRs.
- Monitor and report progress on specific projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Present clear and data-driven updates to leadership on US influencer recruitment impact.
- Lead high-level meetings, setting clear objectives and guiding discussions effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile influencers and celebrities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry players.
- Identify and engage top-tier U.S.-based influencers, particularly within the music and entertainment industries.
- Maintain and expand a robust database of influencers, tracking key metrics and pricing structures.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract high-impact influencers for campaigns.
- Oversee influencer onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience and alignment with campaign goals.
- Provide continuous support to influencers throughout their collaboration with Influur.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize future recruitment strategies.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, viral content, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Represent Influur at industry events, strengthening our presence within the U.S. market.
Desired Background
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent recruitment, or entertainment industry partnerships.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage company OKRs, and communicate progress effectively to executive teams.
- Extensive network of influencers, celebrities, and entertainment industry contacts across the U.S.
- Strong leadership skills with experience running meetings and driving strategic discussions.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, influencer pricing strategies, and the U.S. digital landscape.
- Expertise in influencer analytics tools and marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment while driving significant impact.
