Global Stores Coordinator

The Global Stores Coordinator develops shipping schedules with global logistics to achieve a minimum of 95% on time delivery for global spare part sales orders. Supervises shipping timelines of the warehouse to ensure adherence to schedule. Adjusts stock MRP Levels and creates manual purchasing requisitions for global spare part inventory with procurement to balance stock levels with on-time fulfillment. Reviews the activity and results of the warehouse to ensure inventory is managed according to best practices and inaccuracies are minimized. Supervises physical inventories and cycle counts of the global spare part warehouse. Receives inventory adjustment forms, checks for accuracy, and tracks completion. Maintains inventory quality holds and resolves quality issues in coordination with engineering and procurement. Coordinates directly with vendors to replace or return out of specification materials. Maintains quality complaint report.
Key responsibilities:
- Creates and reviews the weekly global spare parts stock report. Corrects stock discrepancies and creates manual requisitions.
- Proactively develops detailed shipping schedules to all internal and external customers to assure the highest level of on-time fulfillment. Reviews fulfillment failures to correct stock levels, supplier failures, or internal errors.
- Proactively reviews MRP to ensure stock levels are appropriate to achieve on-time fulfillment. Makes MRP changes as needed.
- Supervises physical inventories and cycling counting. Reviews and tracks inventory adjustments for completion.
- Provides primary support to the warehouse to answer questions and resolve problems.
- Coordinates with procurement and suppliers to correct material quality issues. Tracks quality complaints for reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key requirements:
- High school diploma
- Preferred additional business or supply chain training.
- 2 - 5 years in warehouse management, supply chain or customer service
- Hands-on SAP knowledge preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage within assigned responsibilities, commitment to continuously improving customer service.
