Position Summary

  • Monitors and reconciles financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established financial policies and procedures.
  • Assists in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, invoice statements, to provide timely and accurate financial information for decision-making purposes.
  • Follows up with pharmacy customers on outstanding AR
  • Builds relationships with and educates pharmacy providers on their 340B invoice and program, directing them to internal partners for additional assistance as needed
  • Supports the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to end-users as needed.
  • Communicates with cross-functional teams, including finance, development/IT, and operations, to resolve financial discrepancies, improve processes
  • Stays up-to-date with healthcare industry regulations and changes in applicable policies
  • This position is WFH with requirement to go into office to check mail and back up manager to print and mail paper checks as needed in Scottsdale, AZ office.

Required Qualifications
2 years of customer service experience, including financial statement reviews
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy or 340B experience
Education
High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
