The Coordinator of Continuous Improvement will oversee and facilitate continuous improvement activities in production, using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, monitoring progress, facilitating workshops, and promoting a culture of improvement within the plant while delivering on operational objectives.

- Coordination of Continuous Improvement Activities in the plant
- Taking action to achieve the operational objectives set out in production plans and indicators (KPIs)
- Delivery of successful projects using the Lean Manufacturing Philosophy and Six Sigma
- Working with the Plant Team to identify CI projects, monitoring and reporting progress of the CI/Plant-Roadmap
- Workshops facilitations, follow-ups to ensure completeness and timing
- Driving the application of best practices across the company
- Promotion the lean methodologies and tools in the plant
- Working with the Plant Team to drive culture change at all levels of the business
- Providing technical support in the implementation of the CI Strategy
Our requirements
- Relevant industry experience within Automotive
- Proven track record of successfully applying CI project management and delivery
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving ability, continuous improvement mindset
- Communicates effectively at all Levels
- Excellent team player with a positive influential can do attitude
- Ability to teach, train and coach the lean strategy
- Regarded as objective, open minded and an ‘out of the box’ thinker
- PC Literate
- Good command of the English language, German is a plus
