Job Summary:
The BTR Asset Management Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asset Management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities related to asset management. This role will involve assisting in the management of real estate or financial assets, overseeing data entry, preparing reports, vendor management, and supporting asset-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Strategy Execution and Operational Support:
- Implement and manage the community strategy through vendor management, community signage plan execution, utility coordination, HOA coordination, and focus on resident community experience
- Collaborate with the local market and on-site community staff to ensure alignment with operational goals
- Quality control of community specific marketing collateral
- Oversight of model home readiness
- Assist the market with coordinating resident events and activities to foster community engagement and satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate support during BTR community lease up
- Maintain data integrity and accurate records of community operation strategy based on specific community needs
- Act as the liaison for data and updates for corporate and market
- Work closely with marketing, maintenance, HOA, Utilities, technology, and leasing teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management, administrative support for real estate, or operations coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with multifamily housing and new home building
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong urgency for execution of tasks and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software and portals

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer service

Salary Range$46,050.00 - $79,820.00
