What We Need:

We’re looking for someone to bring their big dreams, big insights, and big ambitions to our custom-designed events and activations. Our future Brand Activation Coordinator will assist with all aspects of creation and fulfillment for large-scale campaigns driven by the local NYC, Chi, Phl, DC, and Balt iHeartMedia Sales Teams. Campaign elements may include media plans, sponsorship deliverables, content creation, pre-sale ideation, and other customized marketing solutions for advertisers and agencies.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

  • Assists in the collaboration and brainstorming with Sales in developing, launching and executing big ideas amplified across consumer touch points inherent to radio, influencers, live events, digital, audio streaming, social, podcasting, and more

  • Collaborates with multiple departments to create and execute promotions from start to finish in order to exceed client KPIs

  • Coordinates and attends key client meetings with sellers and sales managers in order to understand client’s KPI’s and create deliverables needed to achieve them

  • Works with National Sales Team to integrate brands into NYC based programs and endorsers

  • Conceptualizes and creates high-end, visually clean and stimulating PowerPoint presentations for use during Client meetings for all phases of the campaign: Client Needs Analysis, Pitch, Recap, and Sales Collateral  

  • Ensures that all campaign elements are recorded (screenshots, photos, videos, audio, and social media measures for duration of the campaign)

  • Collaborates with multiple departments to create and execute campaign from start to finish

  • Acts as liaison between client and all iHeartMedia personnel during the promotional period

  • Ensures all aspects of giveaways are completed: Contest rules, waiver/release forms, and fulfillment

  • Demonstrates effective business writing skills, editing, proofreading and copywriting ability

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, and high work standards

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms

  • Design skills including layout and typography a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize and effectively manage time

  • Problem-solving and decision making

  • Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours as schedule warrants

  • Is current with the latest trends in pop culture and entertainment industry

  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high-quality results with routinely quick turn-around times

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
