Position Summary
As a performance Coordinate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with vendors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize campaigns, build strong relationships, and achieve performance objectives.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Marketing: (70%)
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase brand exposure
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, content creators, and other relevant publishers
- Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and performance incentives with affiliate partners to maximize program effectiveness and profitability
- Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance, including tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
- Continuously evaluate and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, including creative assets, landing pages, and promotional offers, to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing ongoing support, communication, and performance feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing, and apply relevant insights to enhance program strategies and tactics
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely reporting on expenses and ROI
- Manage monthly reporting and be daily conduit to client communication
Performance Based Solution: (30%)
- Manage monthly reporting for both vendor and client, which includes matching client numbers to vendors
- Manage daily client communication and requests
- Creating invoices using internal tools and deploying invoices to vendors monthly
Desired Skills & Experience
- Professional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
- Junior level of experience in integrated media planning.
- Experience within an integrated advertising agency an asset.
- Driven desire to develop and excel in a media career.
- Client service oriented.
- Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and/or platforms like Commission Junction, Impact, Partnerize would give leverage to this application.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
