As a Controls Support Engineer, you are a technical problem-solver for our customers. Your main tasks include quickly resolving system errors, tracking incidents, and coordinating with specialists when needed. Are you ready to dive in and support our customers? What will you be doing?
In your role you go beyond just fixing the issue, you support in executing a root cause analysis and find ways to prevent it from happening again. You are the go-to person for high-level software issues and regularly communicate with both service teams and customers.
You have a great impact in servicing our customers to meet customer satisfaction. You are not doing this on your own, as you have a great, supportive team who back you up!
Further responsibilities for this position:
- Manage incidents for our material handling systems
- Log and process customer requests in our ITSM system
- Analyze root causes and improve logistics processes
- Help train the Service Helpdesk team
- Participate in weekend standby shifts
What do we ask from you?
- Technical background (experience is a plus, but we’ll train you!)
- Strong interest in ICT Infra, SQL, and PLSQL
- Great communication skills in English
- Willing to work in shifts with your team
- Flexible and problem solving attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

You will join the Service Deployment Group which is part of the Vanderlande Warehousing Solutions Business Unit. You are working with global service desks to ensure 24/7 system availability.
