About the job
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide consolidated data figures for monthly Misal Reporting and supporting Share Service reporting team job
- Provide consolidated data figures to Controller
- Data sanity checks (supplier invoices, internal hours, purchase volume and handling fee, etc)
- Support monthly closure (journal entries for salaries, deferred cost/income and handling fee)
- Support quarterly forecast release
- Monthly overview of inventory status and sales statistics
- Propose countermeasures/elements of improvements
- Support Project Managers in financial project cost control
What you know
- Engineering BS/MBS with relevant experience in a technical production company
- At least 10 years of experience in an international technical accounting
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Access is important.
- AS400 (BCPS version) and VBA + PowerBI knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good understanding and analyzing skill on financial figure
