Controller - Strategic Finance Projects. Boston, MA. Oversee and manage Strategic Finance projects, leading measuring, auditing financial performance of all strategic financial structuring projects. Provide strategic planning and structuring to company upper management and high-level decision makers. Oversee forecasting performance and maintain projects pipeline to track progress and competition during all stages of global government incentives. Manage financial reporting for government affairs, tax and trade & compliance functional areas. Position requires travel within North America multiple times/yr. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or closely related field and five years of progressive industry experience in leading and managing audit staff in a global company. Experience must include developing and executing financial and operational audits, executing external audit work related to substantive testing and API observation, evaluating internal control design and operating effectiveness, identifying financial and accounting risks, and ensuring audit compliance with standards, principles, practices and legal requirements.
