As a Contract Specialist in Global Procurement, you'll handle the day-to-day processing of contract requests from initiation through execution. Supporting Telix's procurement team with contract lifecycle management, you'll process a high volume of standard agreements, maintain our contract database, and ensure proper template usage. Working closely with business partners, you'll coordinate contract reviews, track approvals, and manage routine vendor interactions. This role directly supports Telix's ability to efficiently source critical materials and services by processing contracts efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating document management. Most importantly, you'll serve as a key member of our procurement team, ensuring consistent processing of contract requests while meeting business unit needs and maintaining procurement standards. This role is strategically positioned within North America to support Telix's global 'around the sun' operations model, ensuring continuous coverage and regional expertise across our procurement function.
Key Accountabilities:
Contract Processing and Workflow Management

- Execute routine contract processing workflows according to established procedures
- Process standard vendor contract submissions within service level agreements
- Route contracts through appropriate approval channels
- Track contract status and manage completion timelines
System and Data Management

- Maintain accurate and complete contract records in CLM system
- Generate and distribute standard performance reports
- Enter and validate contract data following quality standards
- Support system optimization by identifying process improvement opportunities
Template and Document Management

Vendor Relationship Management

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field required
- 2+ years' experience in procurement-related contract administration, with focus on contract review, processing, and basic negotiation required
- Experience using contract management and ERP systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and Word for contract documentation
- Professional certification in contract management is a plus
- Working knowledge of commercial contract terms and procurement processes
