Strava is growing! We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team and support our company-wide talent acquisition efforts as we build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. In partnership with our talent partners, you will support the full-cycle candidate experience to provide a first-class candidate and interviewer experience. This is a 3-6 month contract role based in our San Francisco office (Onsite/Hybrid). Compensation for this role is between $40.00-$45.00 per hour.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Work closely with the People & Talent teams to help drive the candidate and interviewer team experience.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination process for all of our virtual and in-person candidate interviews, helping keep our interviewers on schedule, informed, and accountable.
- Work on projects to aid in improving our ATS experience with Greenhouse to ensure the recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates.
- Assist with job postings and ad hoc projects to help support broader Talent team initiatives.
- Help optimize ATS performance
- Create report templates and dashboards to deliver performance metrics to leadership

- You bring 2-3 years of valuable experience as a recruiting coordinator, adept at managing technical and non-technical roles.
- You have experience working with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System

- You bring attention to detail, sense of urgency, and exceptional organizational skills to your role
- You embody a unique blend of creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a process-driven mindset, always seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency.
- Proficient in using productivity applications such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Slack, or similar software
