Seeking a Contracts Specialist to support contracts/ and related business processes throughout all stages of the contract management life cycle. The right candidate will be able to work independently and function effectively as part of a team and interact with people from junior to senior-most levels. This individual should have experience meeting deadlines, and prioritizing contracts related items across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Post Award Acquisition Support: Provide advice, recommendations, and document support to multiple disciplined offices in all areas of the acquisition post-award phase, to include:

Contract Administration
-
Contract Modification Support
-
Delivery/Task Order Support
-

Metrics: Financial management activities such as collecting, running, and analyzing contract performance metrics and invoices
-
Events: Supporting/attending Program Management Reviews/Business Management Reviews and other milestone events

Support: Award Fee Management such as drafting packages, reviewing comments, and supporting designated COTR with analysis

Files: Maintenance of contract files

Policy: Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and policies

Correspondence: Comfortable with corresponding with Government POCs and developers regarding contract status, requests for additional information, etc.

Proposals: May prepare complex requests for proposals, to include drafting technical evaluations

Qualifications:
Required:

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 4-5+ years of relative experience
