Key Qualifications:
- Registered Civil Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience as Document Controller or equivalent or higher capacity in the feasibility study of preferably one (1) road/bridge project.
- Experience in monitoring and controlling documents in accordance with ISO standards.
- Attendance to trainings relevant to the assignment or position.
- Experience of three (3) years in consulting services of any infrastructure projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in controlling and ensuring that all technical documents and records are well managed and securely maintained.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
- Provide support in the preparation of correspondence letters in a timely manner.
- Review and manage contract documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Identify and address any contract-related issues, discrepancies, or risks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and resolution of contract issues.
- Maintain an organized record of all contract-related related documents and communications.
- Ensure that all project documentation is properly labeled, stored, and archived according to company standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Employer and ADB.
