About the job

At Sanofi we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the patients and families we serve, and we accomplish our goals through world-class research and with the compassion and commitment of our employees.

As we continue to transform the practice of medicine, the next chapter of Sanofi’s Play to Win strategy will require a focus on delivering transformation and simplification of our core processes, optimizing resource allocation and deployment to fuel business growth and investment in science.

To facilitate this transformation, a new Business Operations Business Unit is being established, bringing together existing business service activities, and driving further expansion of centralized services at scale into a global unit, with a focus on driving simplification, efficiency, and productivity.

This new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement and People & Culture.

Reporting to the Contract Solutions & Partnering Head, the Contract Solutions Partner plays a critical role in Sanofi’s Key Markets, providing contracting guidance and advice, triaging Contracting issues, driving adherence to the Contracting Core model, and working collaboratively with the business and Contract Services teams to anticipate annual contract volumes in an effort to ensure the right-level of resourcing and support is available to manage demands.

We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. We’re also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

  • Streamline Contracting Operations: Ensure all contracting needs align with lifecycle management standards and integrate seamlessly into our global contract delivery framework.
  • Monitor and Improve: Identify deviations from the core model, create remediation plans, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan and Optimize: Work with Key Market teams to forecast annual contract volumes and resourcing needs, ensuring adequate support for all GBUs and Corporate Functions.
  • Collaborate and Deliver Results: Partner with Key Market or MCO management to measure progress, track value delivery, and ensure compliance with performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to simplify and standardize contracting processes while enhancing the contracting control environment.

About you:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in complex operations, specializing in contracting services.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing contracting processes.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or life-science industry is nice to have.
  • Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team is a plus.

Soft skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective collaborator with excellent trust-building and influencing skills.
  • Results-oriented with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Legal, Finance, or a related business discipline.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and other language is a plus.

Why choose us?

  • Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.
  • Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.
  • Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.
