As a Contract Parts Desk Coordinator at Carbon Robotics you’ll support our operations and ensure seamless inventory and logistics management.
What you’ll do:
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy, ensuring all goods meet Carbon Robotics' standards.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, updating statuses and inventory systems as necessary.
- Generate packing slips, calculate postage, and prepare documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Regularly update stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage the removal or replenishment of items.
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve shipping and receiving inquiries promptly.
- Maintain forklifts, packaging machines, and safety equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to load and unload materials safely.
- Utilize bumper pull and gooseneck trailers to transport goods and materials as needed.
- Deliver and pick up freight to and from farm customer locations.
- Process returns, prepare documentation, and assist in authorizing payments as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Experience with towing bumper pull and gooseneck trailers.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted. The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.
