About the position:
We are in search of a contract sales recruiter, who can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews with candidates
- Perform outreach to potential candidates on behalf of the company
- Review incoming job applications
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules
- Complete candidate assessments
- Conduct interviews via phone calls
Skills:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting outside sales representatives
- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preference for prior experience using Greenhouse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Energetic and results-driven
- Able to positively represent the Company’s brand through your interview presence
- Problem solver, not a problem dodger
Compensation and length of contract:
- Compensation: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
- Hours Per Week: 30-40 estimated hours per week
