About the position: 

We are in search of a contract sales recruiter, who can start immediately.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule interviews with candidates 
  • Perform outreach to potential candidates on behalf of the company 
  • Review incoming job applications 
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules 
  • Complete candidate assessments  
  • Conduct interviews via phone calls 

Skills: 

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience 
  • Experience recruiting outside sales representatives 
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preference for prior experience using Greenhouse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
  • Energetic and results-driven
  • Able to positively represent the Company’s brand through your interview presence
  • Problem solver, not a problem dodger 

Compensation and length of contract: 

  • Compensation: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience 
  • Hours Per Week: 30-40 estimated hours per week
