As Contract Obligations Management Support - Team Lead within our Contract Obligations Management and Audit Team, you will execute the strategy for Contract Obligations Management and will be responsible for continuously enhancing Sanofi’s relationship with third-party suppliers, while also identifying opportunities to maximize value from each contract. The Team Lead and their team will proactively monitor adherence to agreed-upon contractual provisions, implement corrective actions where applicable, and drive overall improvements in contract and supplier governance.
Main responsibilities:
Contract Obligations Management: Manage, oversee and lead the execution of the functions Contract Obligations Management strategy, ensuring adherence to agreed upon contractual provisions and the identification of potential contract improvements:
- In collaboration with Procurement, the business and the Contract Excellence GPO, design the end-to-end Supplier Relationship Management and Contract Obligations Management process, and prepare any related documentation to support the work of Contract Obligations Management Support staff.
- Ensure Contract Obligations Management tools and data are properly designed, established and up to date to efficiently conduct all contract obligations management support activities.
- Ensure contractual obligations are timely and properly monitored to identify and address instances of non-compliance.
- Contribute to the evaluation of contract performance through early identification of contract-related compliance and general performance issues; escalate where relevant.
- Provide periodic reporting to proactively monitor and track contract performance and adherence.

- Manage a team of Contract Obligations Management Support.
About you
- Experience: Previous experience in contract obligations management or post-execution contract management (vendor performance monitoring, contract compliance, contract renegotiations, contract disputes resolution, etc.), including related team management.
- Soft and technical skills: Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; ability to drive operational excellence through data-driven insights. Experience using contract management software (preferably AI-powered Obligation Management/CLM tools), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Advanced degree in Legal, Finance, or other business discipline.
- Languages: Advanced English.
