General Description:
The Contract Specialist coordinates all activities related to contract administration within New Markets and, when requested, its Territories. Responsibilities encompass Contract Development, Contract Execution, Contract Compliance with company policies, Stakeholder Communication and Record Keeping and Documentation.
Coordinates updates and trainings to the organization on contracting topics or changes in the Beigene processes or systems used.
Creates Purchase Requisitioning (PR) for countries in SAP and ARIBA.
Essential Functions of the job:
Contract Development, under the supervision and guidance of the Legal Department:

Support the process of review, and edit contracts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance

collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to incorporate necessary terms and conditions into contracts.
Contract Execution:
-
Facilitate the execution of contracts by obtaining required signatures and approvals from all relevant parties.

Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and stored appropriately.

Internal customers are the cross functional teams in the New Markets affiliates, members of the Go-to-market team
Contract Compliance:
-
Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
-
Work with relevant departments to address and resolve any issues related to contract compliance.
Stakeholder Communication:
-
Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders (Countries, Region / Headquarter functions) regarding contract-related inquiries.

Foster positive relationships with internal partners to proactively enhance collaboration and resolve potential issues.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.

Support Purchase Requisitioning (PR) for New Markets Countries in SAP or ARIBA

Education Required:

Bachelor – in business or legal direction preferably within the healthcare sector.

Project Management Certifications.
Experience:

-4+ years of related experience in cross functional Project Management covering multiple countries and cultures

You have a proven track record delivering on projects.

You demonstrated the ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships to engage resources outside of direct control, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives.

You have good problem-solving ability

You like to work in a team and be able to work collaboratively with and through others.

You are familiar with MS Office and SAP / ARIBA

You are fluent in English, German or Spanish is a plus.

Travel: up to 10% of time
