Your Adventure Ahead

  • Work as part of the ANZ Creative Team in producing high-quality visual design artwork across multiple touchpoints including digital, mobile/app, website and offline prints such as Out-of-Home advertising assets, Posters, Wobblers, Point Of Sales Materials and a range of other marketing materials
  • Adhere to brand guidelines, maintain the brand's consistency and recall across all designs and complete projects according to the deadlines
  • Retouch and manipulate images (when necessary)
  • Adapt existing layouts to different formats and requirements (e.g. In-app Banners, Electronic Direct Mail, Social Media Posts and etc)
  • Work on multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and support your team members to meet their goals and deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members within Creative team and communicate with the local Marketing Team to develop design concepts in line with the campaign and determine the scope of a project
  • Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience
  • Provide and receive feedback to and from the Senior Design Manager, and make necessary changes when needed
  • Review designs for errors before publishing
  • Aware of current design and marketing trends when it comes to visual communication

Essentials to Succeed

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (e.g. XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Additional bonus - familiar with using Figma
  • Good understanding and knowledge of both digital and offline design
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple design projects and work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, meticulous, detail-oriented, high dedication and care for the business
